Did anyone catch Radiohead's performance last night Conan. In the spirit of Earth day they performed "House of Cards". I've never been the biggest of Radiohead fans, but the more I listen / see them - the more i like. Very nice indeed.

It's here baby. Woke up this morning, put some new shoes on & stepped outside to the ever so sweet 65 degree weather. Should hit 78, just as the kid is hitting his stride late in the afternoon. Gonna be good day.

Spirit Moves Through All things

This past Wednesday I received tragic news that my friend & overall amazing human being Timmer Wood had passed. I think two sisters got it right when they quoted lyrics from his favorite band Widespread Panic at his memorial service.

"Kiss the mountain air we breath
Good-bye it's time to fly
Sparrow climbs, the air is thinner
Open wings cast this valley in the shade
Fires dance the shadows
Winds whisper the trees
Mother talkin'the water's
Spirit moves, it moves through all things"

He will be missed

Two For Tuesday - I'm Home Edition

Moving is possibly one of the worst things a human being can go through. Now I don't know what child birth feels like - but I imagine moving is something akin to it. That said, it feels pretty darn good to be out of the old & into the new. The place even boasts (5) windows in the living room, along with a few in the bedrooms. Imagine that. Once we get setup, all will be invited for the opening party. Until then - nice to be home.

Back to the Future

March 1st. Been a second since my last post. I've been out in LA since Tueday, working on a really cool Converse event. Held at the M + B Gallery in West Hollywood, the space itself featured 50 original shoe designs from the Converse HUND(RED) program, all made in the spirit of the AIDS/Global cause. The nights music was provided DJ Paul Sevigny & was capped of with an amazing performance by Lupe Fiasco.

All in all, the whole thing was pretty special.
