It's one of the more ludicrous things to me that in this day and age people are still being arrested and persecuted for smoking weed. The laws are completely outdated & the fact that one could end up in jail for simple possession, even if its for medicinal purpose, is just plain horrible. By decriminalizing it, it will eliminate the need of an underground subculture, ultimately keeping non violent people out of the already clogged jail system.

I FINALLY agree with Barney Frank on something.Now we need others to join the cause...A man caught fondling a male page in the house of rep's bathroom,isn't the best point man for this cause.
